We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. We gladly accept returns on most items purchased.
Note that ALL sales are FINAL for “On Sale” items, gift certificates and items customized with a name, number, icon, or badge. Within 30 days from the date of purchase we will gladly exchange or refund (card refund only) provided the following criteria are met;
Due to the intense nature of the game, all items – especially footwear and gloves – will experience normal wear and tear such as: colour loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc.
Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item’s defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials). Artificial turf fields and B.C.s wet climate increase the likelihood of these wear and tear signs.
Very few items are truly defective. Defective products are products that can no longer be played in due to their broken nature. An item’s price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction. High priced products are not designed to last longer. They are designed as a high performance, game day only product. And soft leather cleats are NOT recommended for turf fields.
Most products sold at Soccerworld come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Customer’s seeking information about a product’s manufacturer’s warranty should directly contact the manufacturer.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A “MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT”
